Position requirements:

Gateway Science Academy High School is seeking a full-time Social Studies Teacher for the Social Studies Department. This faculty member will be teaching in the 2024-2025 school year and should be able to teach high school-level courses. The candidate must hold a valid Missouri certification in the area, a clear background check, and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies.

Applicants should feel comfortable teaching in a college prep environment and must demonstrate confidence, flexibility, and student-focused abilities. Must have strong knowledge and background in Social Studies and demonstrate an ability to teach all middle school levels. There are coaching opportunities available for additional compensation.
